It does not validate any production automation, real wallet action, real market action, real banking, regulated service, emergency response or public safety system because V8.3 does not implement those functions.

- Display clock, tick, time state, behavior, event and governance records.
- Do not advance a production clock.
- Do not claim tasks.
- Do not merge branches.
- Do not execute trades.
- Do not connect to wallet, payment processor, bank, exchange backend or emergency system.
