It does not validate any real trading, banking, payment, lending, securities, NFT, token exchange or regulated service, because V8.2 does not implement those production functions.

- Does not modify WorkQueue.
- Does not create branch claims.
- Does not push commits.
- Does not execute trades.
- Does not connect to wallet, payment processor, bank or exchange backend.

## Compliance Boundary

Result: PASS

All bank, exchange, loan, interest, investment, NFT, token, listing and market operations are described as Concept / Prototype / Simulation unless a future governed production release promotes them after legal, security, governance and compliance review.
