# KAIOS V8.2 Exchange Standard

## Definition

Exchange in V8.2 is a Prototype / Simulation model for asset discovery, listing, market routing and settlement signals. It includes Huaguo Mountain Exchange 11520 and civilization exchange concepts, but does not operate real exchange services.

## Rules

1. 11520 is the canonical Huaguo Mountain Exchange concept.
2. Exchange can route Listings and Transactions into Market signals.
3. Exchange may not represent itself as a regulated exchange.
4. NFT and Token entries remain Concept unless a future reviewed module implements them.
5. Regulated markets, securities, derivatives, custody and payment settlement require future legal and compliance approval.
